Backcountry Cooking

I work seasonally at Backcountry Lodges in the Canadian Rockies. I typically work alone in the kitchen cooking for up to 20 people. Fresh sourdough bread, roasted meats, soups, and sauces, guests and guides,

I will always get out skiing or hiking during the day.

I am available for hire on backcountry trips. Remote heli-ski trips or backcountry hut trips. I can cook in camps, for avalanche courses, and any private trips.

I am an avid backcountry skier, hiker, climber, kayaker, and trail runner.
