A few weeks ago I cooked a 3 course tasting menu for a group of 5 ladies celebrating a birthday party. They wanted a seafood menu with squid, lobster, and prawns. The menu I created for them was: Prawn Bisque, Clam & Squid Tagliatelle Pasta, and Lobster Roll with Summer Succotash. The dinner was an awesome catering event and everyone was happy.
