"We booked Chris for our wedding because the Cedar House Restaurant was closed. We were disappointed because the restaurant had GREAT reviews. Well it turns out this worked in our favor. Chris helped us sort out a menu to suit our budget. For the first dinner, everyone loved his lobster bisque, and for the main we all had the same reaction. "This is the best chicken breast I've EVER had." If we're ever up in the Rockies again and in need of a personal chef we would not hesitate to hire Chris again. He was personable, punctual and very professional. His workspaces were spotless when he was done. We didn't have to worry about a thing."

"I recently had the opportunity to experience Chef Chris' exquisite cuisine at a back country ski lodge. Hint: propane stove, well-drawn water. Chris' menu is absolutely amazing. Fresh bread every morning. His charcuterie board is one of a kind. I'm not sure where Chris draws his menu inspiration...but let me say that his parings are unbelievable and unique. You will not be disappointed with Chef Chris. And on a side note, he's a really down to earth nice guy with a great sense of humour!"

"We stayed at a hiking lodge and Chris was responsible for the cuisine. His food is delicious. It looks good, and he's a super laid back, hard-working dude. All the meats were done perfectly with a great sauce to pair. The vegetables had lots of variety in preparation and flavour. The focaccia was just nasty good. Don't get me started on the desserts. Brutally satisfying. You won't regret hiring Chris. He's a good guy too."
